On May 25, China Chengtong’s Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman Zhu Bixin met with He Qing, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Guotai Junan Securities (Guotai Junan) at its headquarters in Shanghai. The two sides exchanged views on deepening bilateral cooperation.

Zhu Bixin expressed his appreciations to Guotai Junan for its support over China Chengtong’s development. Zhu introduced China Chengtong’s achievements in pilot state capital operation, and pointed out that as China’s leading securities agent Guotai Junan has provided professional and comprehensive services to China Chengtong in its pilot reform. The two sides have already laid a solid foundation for bilateral cooperation and should work more in fund investment, capital operation, SOEs’ reform and financial services to strive for coordinated win-win development.

He Qing welcomed Zhu Bixin and the delegation. He introduced Guotai Junan’s reform and noted that the company has implemented the policy of ‘reform-oriented advancement, talent-stimulated vitality, management-enhanced efficiency and innovation-driven development’ to constantly improve its capability in serving the new development paradigm and accelerate the speed of building a top modern investment bank. He Qing hoped that Guotai Junan and China Chengtong could establish a comprehensive cooperation relation basing on this visit to increase the two sides’ cooperation in fund investment, capital operation, financial services and SOEs’ reform to arrive at quality-oriented development for both sides.

Head of China Chengtong’s General Office and CCT Fund, and relevant personnel from Guotai Junan joined the meeting.
